We
are at the mercy of the freight company & charge
EXACTLY what it cost us to ship items out. We build
our own well built pallets to ship the lumber on &
each pallet is very well completely shrink-wrapped.
Both business delivery with unloading docks &
residential delivery can be easily done.
Email us for a shipping rate quote or feel free
to stop by to pick up lumber or see what we have. As
we are a family business I am there pretty much 7
days a week. So, meeting on a Saturday or Sunday
would be ok.
You'll pay 4 times or more the price if you buy
from retail stores like Lowe's or Home Depot.
Prices below are per bd ft. Lumber is either in
the rough or can skip (hit/miss) surface 15/16 at no
additional cost. Finish surfacing 3/4 can be done
for additional 35 cents per bd ft.

Prices
are based on volume you order at one time. There
will be a slight price difference per bd ft the less
you order of one species at one time.
We only separate all grades on plain sawn red &
plain sawn white oak. All other species we either
package 1 common & better or 2 common & lower. If we
separated all grades all species we'd need a
football stadium size building to store everything.
